The Curapuls 670 is without doubt the latest generation in the manufacture of pulsed shortwave therapy units. This unit has a wide range of the most user friendly features and options available to the professional therapist. For example, easy manual operation or at the press of a button, this unit can take the user to 7 different pathologies that then subsequently lead to various treatment modalities. The output is delivered via a RF screened inductive treatment head, thus vastly reducing RF interference and keeping the pulsed shortwave treatment to the area designed, this of course being the patient.

The Curapuls 970 is a pulsed and continuous shortwave diathermy unit, the unit offers from 0 to 400 watts continuous or up to 1000watts peak power in pulsed mode, (as an example, delivering an actual mean output of approximately 72 watts when pulsed at 200Hz at maximum power output). The unit has a thirty minute treatment timer, pulses modes from 15 to 200Hz (over 10 steps) at 400uS pulse width, continuous output, automatic dielectric tuning to the patient, comes complete with two treatment arms, two RF cables and one pair of 130mm condenser electrodes.

For reduced RF fields and application of magnetic (E wave removed/reduced) output, this unit has the option of a Circuplode electrode. [Order Code - 1462.484] plus it will require the Circuplode Adaptor [Order Code - 1462.443]
